Merry Christmas!!

This has been a fantastic year!! Thankyou for being a part of CrossFit Brisbane!!

We wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and look forward to a great year of training in 2008.

Please note that the last classes for the year will be Saturday 22/12/2007 at 7:30am and 8:30am.  We will then be closed for the Christmas/New Year period with classes kicking off again on Saturday 5/1/2008.

Take care over this Christmas break and enjoy the company of the people you care about …

Bill Patton and George Mounce have created a great tool for tracking all things CrossFit.  The tool is called “logsitall” and is an awesome piece of work.
