How many rounds in 20 mins?  Start at 1 rep and increment reps by one each round 

Thruster, 20kg
Rope climb
Vertical Jump
Pushup
Situp

Roller door run between each round (ie out the gym and back in by climbing through the roller door.
 
eg, 1st rounds is 1 of all exercises, 2nd round is 2 of all exercises etc.
