It was great to catchup with Darren from Ignite in Sydney.  Darren was up on business and dropped in for a visit.  He turned up at the start of Nate and without batting an eyelid jumped right in.  Great CrossFit spirit!!  Well done also to Sarah and Alex, first crack at the WOD.
